Aglonema Ruby Pink Flower Rare Plant Live Rare Plant Exotic For Your Garden
**Aglaonema 'Ruby Pink'**, also known as **Aglaonema 'Ruby'**, is a striking variety of Aglaonema appreciated for its vibrant foliage. The plant features attractive pink, red, and green leaves that add a splash of color to any indoor space. Here’s how to care for this beautiful plant:

### Care Tips for Aglaonema 'Ruby Pink'

1. **Light**: Prefers bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light conditions but the vibrant colors are most pronounced in brighter conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves.

2. **Water**: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water thoroughly when the top inch or so of soil feels dry. Reduce watering in winter, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Ensure the pot has good drainage to prevent waterlogging and root rot.

3. **Humidity**: Enjoys higher humidity but can adapt to average indoor humidity levels. Increase humidity by misting the leaves regularly or placing the plant on a humidity tray.

4. **Temperature**: Prefers temperatures between 65-80°F (18-27°C). Protect from cold drafts and avoid temperatures below 50°F (10°C), which can cause stress and damage.

5. **Soil**: Use a well-draining potting mix. A mix formulated for houseplants, or a combination of peat moss, perlite, and orchid bark, works well. Ensure the pot has drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.

6. **Fertilizer**: Feed with a balanced, liquid houseplant fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding in fall and winter when growth slows.

7. **Pruning**: Prune back any yellow or dead leaves to maintain the plant’s appearance and overall health. Regular pruning helps encourage new growth and keeps the plant looking its best.

8. **Repotting**: Repot every 1-2 years or when the plant becomes root-bound. Choose a pot that is slightly larger than the current one and refresh the potting mix. Repotting is best done in spring or early summer.

### Troubleshooting

- **Yellowing Leaves**: Often a sign of overwatering, poor drainage, or insufficient light. Adjust your watering practices, improve drainage, and ensure the plant receives adequate light.

- **Brown Leaf Tips**: Typically caused by low humidity or dry air. Increase humidity around the plant and maintain consistent moisture levels.

- **Leaf Drop**: May result from sudden temperature changes, drafts, or poor care. Ensure stable conditions and protect from cold drafts.

- **Pests**: Monitor for common houseplant pests such as spider mites, mealybugs, and aphids. Treat infestations promptly with insecticidal soap or neem oil.
